This was the second PPB of the new Labour Government. It was shot on the Monday and delivered on the Thursday.

A lot of my effort was in turning a very lacklustre filming room into something serviceable. Cue walking through a hospital carrying two 8ft flag poles and a 9 ft roll of paper.
